Near Me Exteriors ("Near Me Exteriors," "we," "us," or "our") operates nearmeexteriors.com and provides exterior cleaning services across New York's Capital Region. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.

We are a local, owner-operated business. We collect what we need to give you an accurate quote and do the work well. We do not sell your personal information.

When you request a quote, contact us, or hire us, you may provide:

• Property details: the service address, the type of property, the surfaces or services you are asking about, and any notes, measurements, or photos you send us.

• Payment information: if you pay us electronically, payment is handled by a third party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
• Anything else you send: the content of emails, text messages, voicemails, and form messages.

Hosting and security. Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data to protect the site from abuse. Our landing pages are hosted on Netlify, and form submissions made on those pages pass through Netlify's form handling before reaching us.

Your choices. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, manage Google ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com, and manage Meta ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking cookies will not stop you from requesting a quote or using the site.

Do Not Track. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for how businesses should honor them.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with parties who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

Photos of Your Property

We photograph work in progress and finished results, and we may use those photographs in our portfolio, on this website, in advertising, and on social media. These photos show the property, not you, and we do not publish your name, street address, or any other identifying detail alongside them. We identify locations only by town, for example "roof cleaning in Clifton Park, NY."

If you would rather we not use photos of your property, tell us and we will not. You can ask at any time, including after the job, and we will remove them from material we control.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we have an active or potential relationship with you, and afterward for as long as we need them for warranty questions, accounting, tax, and legal purposes, generally seven years for job and payment records. When we no longer need information, we delete it or render it unreadable.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, consistent with our obligations under New York's SHIELD Act. Our site is served over HTTPS, and access to customer records is limited to people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or full payment card numbers by email or through our web forms.

Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Ask what we have. Email us and we will tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
