ABOUT NEAR ME EXTERIORS
Locally owned exterior cleaning and exterior lighting, based in Cohoes and working across the Capital Region.
Who Is Near Me Exteriors?
Near Me Exteriors is a locally owned exterior cleaning and permanent lighting company based at 13 Green Mountain Drive in Cohoes, New York.
We are not a franchise or a lead-generation site. When you call (518) 313-5082, you reach the company that does the work.
Our customers are homeowners, landlords, and property managers in Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, and Rensselaer counties, plus the Glens Falls and Lake George area. Exterior cleaning is the core of the business, alongside permanent Gemstone exterior lighting.
Who You Are Hiring
Near Me Exteriors was founded by Forest Ward, who still runs estimates and works on jobs.
The crew is small and local. Our customers regularly mention that we show up when we say we will and take care around the property. Before and after a wash, we rinse the plantings, shrubs, and beds around the house.
Formerly Near Me Softwash
The business started as Near Me Softwash. As our work expanded beyond soft washing, we changed the name to Near Me Exteriors. The owner, crew, phone number, and Cohoes home base stayed the same.
Our Services
We clean roofs, siding, windows, gutters, fences, decks, driveways, patios, and pool areas. We also install permanent Gemstone exterior lighting.
Each surface needs the right approach. Soft washing handles delicate exterior surfaces, including house siding and roofs. Pressure washing is suited to tougher surfaces such as concrete. Our services also include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and fence cleaning.

I recently hired Near Me Softwash to clean the exterior of my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They took great care around my landscaping and made sure every part of the house looked spotless by the time they finished. The soft washing made a huge difference, my siding looks brand new again. Great service, fair pricing, and easy communication from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to neighbors.

The team at Near Me Softwash is professional, punctual, thorough and friendly. They recently provided a softwash service on my home’s vinyl siding and the results were remarkable. They washed away the last few years of dirt and buildup and the siding looks new again. They were careful around landscaping and windows and left everything clean and tidy. The difference is night and day and I’ve already had neighbors comment on how fresh the house looks. Thank you guys! Highly recommend.

I work at a law firm that is on the 2nd floor and it is all windows! Near Me Softwash took on the job and made all 100 windows inside and out sparkle! They are meticulous and very professional. A real pleasure to do business with. They let me know how things were going every step of the way. I would highly recommend!!!

These guys are awesome. They came when they said they would. They carefully moved my belongings out of the way to perform their work. After they were done with the soft wash they extra rinsed my vegetation around the house so the solution did not harm my plants (just in case). It’s refreshing to see a few young men working hard to build their business. Great job guys!

H2OBX Waterpark had Near Me Softwashes get all our outside buildings ready for the season. They also did a great job refreshening up the outside pool furniture. The project took several days. They worked efficiently, communicated professionally and ensured we were pleased with the outcome. This is a big job coming out of winter hibernation and we would not only recommend them but also would plan to use them again.
